Introduction to Key Mass Observation Techniques, 1pm - 1.45pm
Dorothy Sheridan, Director of the Mass Observation Archive will discuss two MO techniques - diary writing and questionnaires. Dorothy will give a brief overview of the history of these techniques within Mass Observation and will address some of the issues that can arise when dealing with these types of documents
Adapt Techniques to Suit Your Needs, 1.45pm - 2.15pm
Discussion and opportunity for community group representatives to consider how to devise their own questionnaire and to discuss how they can best implement both techniques

Photography and Observation and Ethical Considerations, 2.30pm - 3.15pm
Fiona Courage, Special Collections Manager will discuss the role of photography and observation within the Mass Observation archive. She will address the ethical concerns and practical considerations associated with these types of recordings.
Technical Aspects of the MOCO Project, 3.15pm - 4pm
Discussion of technical aspects of MOCO project, how to submit content, how content will be shared, license agreement.
