Sheila Hearn diary Thurs 12th August.

7am Wakened by alarm clock, no breakfast as fasting for blood test.

8am Visited surgery for blood test.

8.30am Back home for breakfast, read local paper (Banbury Guardian).

9.30am Washed up, did some hand washing. 10.15am Wrote letter to niece informing her when visiting Lancashire to see her.

11.00am Had lift to town and met friend for lunch in town pub.

2.20pm Caught bus back home.

3.00pm Gardening, mainly deadheading.

4.00pm Shopped at local supermarket.

5.00pm Teatime.

6.00pm Visited son and family at Bodicote.

7.30pm Watched TV, did ironing, read daily paper and finished crossword.

10.00pm Super and bed.
