Born in village, would not live in a town.

Question 2. In what ways do you consider yourself different from your neighbours?

I would not consider myself different, except in age and interest.

Question 3. When you go into pubs, which bar do you use and why?

Saloon in which is today the bar which food is available, that being the only reason I visit a pub.

Question 4. What priced seats do you use at the cinema and why?

Rarely go to the cinema, but I believe that there now only one price.

Question 5. What forms of food, drink or amusement are thought “infra dig”* or not quite the things in your circles?

Today almost any good drink and amusement are accepted. Certainly I would take exception to an amount which I consider to be unacceptable.

Question 6. Are you sensitive on the subject of accent and have you made any attempt to change your own?

Regional accents are taken as the norm. I personally have never attempted to change.

Question 7. Do you make a habit of using the following words and phrases? If not, what is your reaction when they are used by others?

Use - Cheerioh, Bye-bye, Okay, Not half, Old Boy, Chum, Pal and Mate. Don't use - Tooleoo (old fashioned), Okidoke (Acceptable), and Ta (Childish).
