Because it is central for the shops, doctors, paper shops....it is right in teh ecntre of town. And close to daughter who lives 1.5 miles away.

I don't feel any different from my neighbours.
Question 3. When you go into pubs, which bar do you use and why?
I don't go to pubs, unless it is for food in a restuarant.
Question 4. What priced seats do you use at the cinema and why?
Two and six seats....but that was some 50 odd years ago!! I don't go to pictures now.
Question 5. What forms of food, drink or amusement are thought “infra dig”* or not quite the things in your circles?
At our age, we are too set in our ways to worry about infra dig situations.
Question 6. Are you sensitive on the subject of accent and have you made any attempt to change your own?
No. I'm me.

Cheerioh, - I use Bye-bye, I say 'bye'
Tooleoo, No - an old fashion phrase
Okay, - use it all the time
Okidoke, Never use it - I'm okay with this
Not half, - used years ago - a bit common
Ta (for thank you), Don't use it, it's baby talk
Old Boy, - don't use - snobs talk
chum, don't use - children used to use this years ago
pal, don't use - okay word
mate. -don't use - very common
